A Stunning late Victorian Sterling Silver dressing table mirror, with an easel back, with a bevelled glass mirror, sat upon splay feet, with a black leather back supported on a strut foot. Hallmarked in London in 1900 (WC).

Made by the prestigious Silversmiths William Comyns who were a London based manufacturing silversmiths who traded from around 1858 until the 1930s.

The firm was founded by William Comyns when he bought the business of Robert Tagg (founded in 1730) around 1858 and entered his first mark from the original Robert Tagg premises in Soho, London.

A stunning example of quality workmanship, this mirror is in superb condition and fully functional, would fit into any period or modern home.
