A Superb 19th Century Italian Verde Marble Pedestal. The column has a deeply carved serpentine column above ten faceted panels supported on an eight sided plinth. C1890
Majestic ancient column, made from precious Italian marble in dark green tones. A good size for you to display sculptures, large vases or busts. This Pedestal is in good condition, it does show signs of age and does have a chip at the base but this does not take away just how lovely this piece is, this pedestal would make a beautiful addition to any home. (Transports in 3 pieces, is heavy)
