A Beautiful hand painted Victorian Pine Box. Made from English pine, hand painted in the style of a Victorian house with detailing around each side, with a storage compartment, would have possibly been a trinket box. C1880

These boxes were hand painted at a later date with designs on them to make them more appealing to the eye with the detailed finish making them more of a piece of furniture with style, a really lovely thing and very rare to find in such good condition. Would make a great little storage box for the kitchen or bedroom, or as a really lovely display piece.
